• Speech-to-Text: Your voice recordings are transcribed using AI (OpenAI Whisper) to extract spoken content.
• NLP Analysis: Transcripts are analyzed by AI (Anthropic Claude) to identify personality traits, values, interests, and communication style.
• Emotional Analysis: Voice tone and emotional patterns are analyzed (Hume AI) to assess emotional expressiveness and communication style.
• Storage: Raw voice recordings are encrypted (AES-256) and stored on secure servers. Derived profiles are stored separately.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of all voice data at any time through the app or by contacting us.

We do not use your voice data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose beyond compatibility matching and service improvement.

• Create and manage your account and profile
• Build your psychological compatibility profile through AI analysis
• Match you with compatible users based on multi-dimensional analysis
• Facilitate and coordinate outdoor date arrangements
• Provide safety features (identity verification, check-ins, emergency systems)

• Improve our matching algorithm and overall service quality

We share limited information in the following circumstances:

• Other Users: Your name, photos, age, interests, and compatibility insights are visible to matched users. Your full psychological profile, voice recordings, and raw data are never shared.
• Service Providers: We use third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hume AI) for voice processing. Data is processed under strict data processing agreements.
• Safety & Legal: We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, or protect the safety of our users.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• AES-256 encryption for voice data at rest
• TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit
• Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables
• Regular security audits and penetration testing
• Access controls limiting employee access to user data
• Supabase-managed infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance

No system is completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:

• Profile data is deleted within 30 days
• Voice recordings are deleted within 7 days
• Derived psychological profiles are deleted within 30 days
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely
