The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using Qwikla, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Description of Service

Qwikla is a voice-first dating platform that uses AI-powered voice interviews to create psychological compatibility profiles and facilitates real-world outdoor meetings between matched users. The Service includes:

• AI-guided voice interview for personality profiling
• Compatibility matching based on multi-dimensional analysis
• Facilitation of outdoor date arrangements at curated public locations
• Safety features including identity verification and check-in systems

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and complete a voice interview. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Voice Data & AI Processing

By completing the voice interview, you consent to the processing of your voice data for the purposes of personality analysis and compatibility matching. We do not sell voice data to third parties. For more details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile or voice interview
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use the Service for any commercial or promotional purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the matching algorithm
• Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Safety & Meetings

Qwikla facilitates meetings at public outdoor locations. While we implement safety features (identity verification, check-in systems, emergency contacts), we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users.

You acknowledge that meeting individuals in person involves inherent risks and agree to exercise your own judgment and caution. Qwikla is not responsible for the conduct of any user during or after a date.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Qwikla offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features may include enhanced matching, priority access, and additional profile insights. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and technology within the Qwikla Service are the property of Grotek Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grotek Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with other users.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
